Is there a warranty for defects on purchased items?

Yes, all garments are covered against manufacturing defects, including loose seams, original tears or weaving faults. The warranty is valid within the legal period for exchanges and returns and applies only to items that have not been worn, washed or altered. To activate the warranty, you must send clear photos of the defect (including a photo of the garment’s label), the order number and the product reference. After analysis, we will proceed with replacement or refund of the product value. This policy ensures you receive quality products and helps resolve issues quickly, guaranteeing confidence and satisfaction when purchasing basic clothing.
