Exchanges & Returns

» We accept exchanges and returns for all items within 14 consecutive days after their receipt, provided they have not undergone any personalization or transformation. Both exchanges and returns, according to DL no. 24/2014, of February 14, Article 13, must be shipped at the customer's expense.

» T-Shirt Lovers is a company specializing in promotional items. Although we work with some of the highest-quality brands on the international market, minor imperfections or defects may occasionally occur in some pieces. This is expected in this type of item, and replacement/returns are always subject to review.

Conditions for Product Returns in the Case of Contract Withdrawal:
When exercising the right of free withdrawal from the contract with T-Shirt Lovers, the CLIENT must return the product(s) in perfect condition, with no signs of misuse, dirt, or damage, and without any manipulation beyond what is usually accepted in a commercial establishment. Products must also include all components, accessories, and original packaging.

The return of the product(s) must occur within 14 consecutive days from the delivery date, to the address provided by T-Shirt Lovers in the instructions sent to the CLIENT. The package must be fully identified and intact to confirm sender identification.

If the CLIENT fails to meet the outlined conditions, T-Shirt Lovers reserves the right to reject the contract withdrawal and product return, and consequently, refuse to refund the CLIENT for the payments made.

T-Shirt Lovers will refund the full value of returned items to individual customers, excluding delivery costs.

For business clients, T-Shirt Lovers will charge a 10% fee on returned items, excluding delivery costs.

T-Shirt Lovers will process refunds using the same payment method used by the CLIENT in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the CLIENT; in any case, the CLIENT will not incur additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.

For product returns, the purchase value will be refunded by T-Shirt Lovers after verifying compliance with the return conditions described above.

The CLIENT is responsible for all costs related to or arising from the product return and must ensure secure shipping with the necessary guarantees for the product to arrive at T-Shirt Lovers in perfect condition.
