Fair Wear Foundation

The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to improving working conditions in the global fashion industry. Founded in 1999 in the Netherlands, FWF works closely with brands, factories, trade unions, governments, and non-governmental organizations to promote fair and safe labor practices throughout the textile supply chains.

Fair Wear Foundation's mission is to address the complex challenges within the fashion industry, where labor rights violations such as inadequate wages, long working hours, unsafe working conditions, and lack of worker representation are often prevalent.
